These terms apply to all purchases on frostgrip.net. Email: support@nordretail.com. The online store is operated by:

1. Orders and agreement

The agreement is concluded when you have received an order confirmation by email. Please check that the details in the confirmation are correct and contact us straight away if anything is wrong.

2. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in your country’s currency. The shipping cost is shown at checkout before you complete your purchase. Payment is made with the payment methods shown at checkout and is processed securely and encrypted by our payment partners.

3. Delivery

We deliver to Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and France. Orders ship within 24–48 hours, and the total delivery time to the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom, including processing, is normally 6–12 business days. 4. Right of withdrawal and satisfaction guarantee

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you received the item. In addition, we offer a 60-day satisfaction guarantee. Read more in our return and refund policy.

5. Faulty goods

Your statutory rights regarding faulty goods always apply. Contact us at support@nordretail.com if the item is faulty or damaged.
